Is Sisivo a CRM replacement?

No. Sisivo works with your current CRM. The CRM stores data. Sisivo adds the operating logic: who you should target, how deals are qualified, how stages are defined, and what next action makes sense.

What do we need to start?

The minimum starting point is simple: an active pipeline, a clear owner on the client side, and a recent CSV export from your CRM. We do not need a perfect setup or a full data cleanup to begin.

How quickly do teams see value?

The first useful signal usually appears in 1-2 weeks. That often means spotting dead deals, stage problems, and qualification gaps early. A practical first rollout usually takes 2-4 weeks.

What if we already have HubSpot or Salesforce?

That is normal. Sisivo is designed for teams that already use a CRM but still lack a repeatable sales system. The point is not to replace the stack. The point is to make the stack operationally useful.

Is this consulting or software?

It starts like an operating system with implementation support. The value comes from getting a working model into the team quickly, not from slide decks or broad advisory work.

When is Sisivo not a fit?

It is usually not a fit for teams without an active pipeline, companies that only want more leads, or businesses that are too early to commit to a sales owner and basic process changes.

Want to check fit before going deeper?

Book a pipeline review and we will tell you what Sisivo would need from your team, what the pilot should look like, and whether it makes sense to move now.
